Please try your best to adhere to them and remember ‘a stitch in time saves nine’.

TYPE - DESCRIPTION - (ITERATION) - DATE - INITIALS

For example, the second attempt at a prototype for a jumping mechanic by Joe Bloggs made on the 3rd of January 1999 might look like this:

proto - jump mechanic - 2.1 - 03.01.99 - jb

If for his next attempt he works collaboratively with Jane Doe it might instead look like this:

proto - jump mechanic - 3.1 - 03.01.99 - jb.jd
