Week 1
What went well?
- Good communication
- People showed up for meetings
- Even people who were quiet in meetings would complete work that was given to them one-to-one
What could be better?
- Some back and forth between ideas, people contradicting previously confirmed elements
- People not submitting work until right before a deadline/lesson so I don't have time to review
- Miscommunication on game ideas between teams
How will I improve on this?
- Spilt into teams for the week
- Making sure I'm available to respond to questions or conerns
- Further documentation so other teams can reference

- Splitting into teams went really well, people some excellent results
- Met goals for the week
- Playable physical prototype
- Developed GDD
